Our services include:
- Provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) services for eligible transactions
- Coordinate title work with attorneys and title insurance companies, including obtaining Closing Protection Letters (CPLs)
- Assist with clearing title issues, including liens and judgments
- Order deed preparation packages through the seller's attorney of choice
- Meet with clients to review and execute deed packages
- Present and explain lender closing documents
- Prepare and issue required IRS Form 1099 reporting
- Provide professional notary services
- Conduct witness closings
- Disburse funds in accordance with the settlement statement, including payment of all third-party fees
- Submit all required documents for recording, including deeds, declarations of value, groundwater hazard statements, mortgages, riders, affidavits, and related documents
- Coordinate with county recorders to ensure timely and accurate recording of documents
